This position is Full-time, 80 hours/pay period (biweekly). Day shift.\
Summary – Cancer Registry Supervisor – Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR credential is REQUIRED for this position).
This position supervises cancer registry operations to ensure ongoing compliance with state and Commission on Cancer program standards.
Assists with readiness for Commission on Cancer (CoC) Program accreditation. Coordinates committee activities and Survey Application Record (SAR) completion.
Implements and maintains quality processes to ensure the integrity of registry data.
Creates reports and ensures timely reporting to NCDB and state central registry. Performs statistical analysis and graphical presentation.
Assists with recruitment, retention, orientation, staff development and performance enhancement
Associate's degree in Allied Health or Medical/Health Information.
2 years of related experience.
Certified Tumor Registrar from the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA).
2 years of supervisor experience
CNExT Cancer Registry software experience
