The Kentucky Geological Survey is seeking a team-oriented cartographer who can immediately participate in the production of publication-quality maps and illustrations for an active research and service organization, and ideally provide support for GIS operations and data management. The successful candidate will have a key role in producing deliverable products for STATEMAP-supported geologic mapping, as well as other high profile scientific publications. Position will work from the KGS office on the campus of the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky.

M.S. degree in Geography
Preferred experience with GIS production and data management; experience with visualization and presentation of 3D data sets; experience in a collaborative team environment.
