The Department of Geological Sciences at Bridgewater State University consists of five full-time faculty, three part-time faculty, a staff associate, and an administrative assistant. The department is committed to excellence in undergraduate teaching and research. The department has extensive classroom and laboratory space in the new Dana Mohler-Faria Center for Science and Mathematics, and has recently procured state-of-the-art equipment, including XRD, XRF, and gas chromatograph machines.
The Department of Geological Sciences at Bridgewater State University seeks qualified and committed Part Time Faculty for the Spring 2019 semester.
Specific course offering for which part time faculty are sought: two sections of GEOL-180 Forensic Geology
B.S. or equivalent in the Geological Sciences or related field.
Master's degree in the Geological Sciences or a related field.
