This position will fill the role of Research Coordinator of the NOAA-funded North Inlet – Winyah Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, located at the Baruch Marine Field Lab in Georgetown, SC. The Research Coordinator is one of four essential Coordinator positions required of each of the 29 NERR sites located throughout the US. The position will also have a non-tenure track appointment as a Research Assistant Professor in the Baruch Institute with the expectation of maintaining an independent research program consistent with the mission of the North Inlet – Winyah Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Ph. D. in any of the biological, chemical, geological, physical, or environmental sciences. Research experience in estuarine and/or coastal ecosystems. A record of publication in the peer-reviewed literature.
