Paradigm is an Architecture and Engineering firm with offices in Michigan and Arizona. In this role, you will work with the team of engineers, architects, technicians and sub-consultants on projects from the conceptual design through the necessary approvals and permitting required to deliver a successful project. Projects will range from the entertainment industry, industrial warehousing and processing, charter schools, and residential and retail sectors.

What you’ll get to do:
Independently manage multiple minor and medium scope projects
Partner with senior staff on large scope projects
Define project needs, set budgets and schedules, manage projects for profit
Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and other topographical and geologic data to plan and design projects
Lead the Design Engineer & Engineer Technician staff
Have a variety of work including projects in industries such as entertainment, industrial warehousing and processing, charter schools, and residential and retail sectors.
What will make you successful:
3+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer or related work experience
Experience with Civil 3D, storm water design and private land development
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
Excellent technical communication skills
Ability to build relationships and rapport with clients and internal teams
