Develop and facilitate research collaborations involving the STOICH collaborative team. Engage in writing of peer-reviewed publications and presentation of project results to collaborators and at professional conferences. Attend STOICH project meetings and assist with STOICH database growth and/or analytical capacity development. Consult with mentor(s) to develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP), which may include additional project-supported activities like mentoring undergraduate and/or graduate students, participating in proposal writing workshops or other professional developmental opportunities, and/or engaging with inter-jurisdictional travel and empirical research activities, pursuant to the post-doctoral research associate's career ambitions.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
PhD in biology, data science, ecology, environmental science, geology, or a related field by the negotiated start date
Record of publishing in peer-reviewed literature
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous interdisciplinary and collaborative work
