Job Description:
The Department of Geological Sciences of Ohio University is seeking part-time instructors to teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate level. The exact number of Instructors needed is undetermined at this time as it is primarily dependent upon enrollments and changing programmatic needs. When a need arises, the department will select qualified candidates from this pool for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Position will include teaching from 3 credit hours to up to 11 credit hours per term. Courses may be in person, hybrid with the expectation of face-face interaction, or online. Please indicate the semesters for which you would be available to work in your cover letter.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Geological Sciences or related area required by start date of position. Authorization to work in the United States.
