Typically requires Bachelor's degree in field related to program area. 3 years' experience providing administrative support to a program or office.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Two years of demonstrated project management, project coordination and/or advanced administrative support experience.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, evaluate, prioritize, manage, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and recommendations which align with policies, and act as a resource to a wide variety of constituents.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead within the organization.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
• Advanced computing skills, including mastery of MS Office Suite and Adobe, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, other scheduling applications, e-mail applications, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with proven discretion and diplomacy.
• Must be self-sufficient and able to make decisions independently.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple assignments, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
