The Physics Department of Manhattan College is seeking qualified individuals for adjunct professor positions to teach lower-division courses. Possible courses include Introductory courses of Physics (calculus and algebra based), Astronomy, Geology, Oceanography and Meteorology. Responsibilities

Responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to teach the subject matter
Section III: Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in the sciences
Previous experience preferred
Must have COVID-19 vaccination
Schedules are flexible. Adjuncts may teach two classes per semester.
Physical Requirements: Some light lifting associated with setting up computers, document cameras, or other hardware needed for conducting a mixed in-person plus remote class

Instructor $4,431.83
Assistant Professor $4,578.76
Associate Professor $4,726.94
Professor $4,875.13
