Non-Exempt Temporary or Casual
The person in this position will primarily analyze chemical and isotopic composition of natural and synthetic samples to reconstruct ancient Earthâ™s environmental conditions and to understand fundamental processes that control the co-evolution of Earthâ™s climate, environment, and life. The person will also synthesize and interpret the acquired data, and report the results during academic meetings and in the form of peer-reviewed publications.1. Prepare and analyze chemical and isotopic composition of geological samples or other pertinent synthetic samples (70%)2. Synthesize and interpret data, and write up for peer-reviewed publications (30%)
