Purpose of Position The College of Engineering and Mines at the University of North Dakota (UND) invites applications for a Teaching Assistant/Associate Professor position in the Harold Hamm School of Geology and Geological Engineering, beginning in the fall semester (16 August 2025). Salary is commensurate with experience and rank will be determined upon qualifications. We are seeking an established geological engineering teacher to fill a non-tenured, 9-month faculty position focusing on a broad range of geological and geological engineering topics. The position requires a PhD at the time of employment, and candidates are preferred to have 5 years of prior teaching experience at the university or college level.
