POSITION INFORMATION Under general supervision, the Associate Civil Engineer performs difficult professional civil and technical engineering/geological work related to water resources, flood control, or water supply and water treatment facilities and systems. This position also has lead responsibility which involves, but is not limited to, assigning, scheduling, monitoring, training and reviewing the work of assigned personnel.
